Refund Policy

EduLabLoom is a digital subscription service (SaaS). All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing and handling refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.

If you would like to request a refund, you may do so through Paddle directly. Refund eligibility, timeframes, and processing are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, which can be viewed here:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund for previous payments. Any refund requests must be made in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
