Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2025
1. Agreement
By signing up for or using EduLabLoom ("Service," "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. The Service is a digital, subscription-based SaaS product; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Description of service
EduLabLoom provides an AI-powered education platform including: AI Studio for teachers (e.g. worksheet generator, paper generator, rubrics, lesson planner, quiz maker, assignment maker, paper checker); AI Study Hub for students (e.g. AI chat tutor, explainer, mock exams, study planner); and classroom creation, document sharing, assignments, analytics, and collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account and use
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must use the Service in compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not resell, sublicense, or misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
4. Subscription and billing
Subscription plans are described on our website and pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges (e.g. monthly) until you cancel. Fees are in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price increase constitutes acceptance. All purchases are for digital access only; no physical shipping.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@edulabloom.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Intellectual property and data
We own or license the Platform and its content (excluding your content). You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Service. Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately in an educational context.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduLabLoom and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of EduLabLoom is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the revised Terms on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact support@edulabloom.com. EduLabLoom is operated by an individual SaaS founder.
